I just made an investment where the yield is 16.1%. This is before renting out this asset to generate an EXTRA yield surpassing this on a per annum basis.

But let’s just look at this yield for the moment.

With an investment of say $45,000.

This investment will give me an income of $7,245 per annum.

But what if I told you that this particular investment paid out its return on a monthly basis.

So I’ve just secured myself an income of $603.75 PER MONTH.

And by the way -

• There’s NO tenants
• There’s NO management fees to pay
• There’s NO headaches with lightbulbs, toilets etc breaking down at 11pm at night for me to fix

The money is protected with a special insurance policy, and if I was to generate that “extra” income - I would be looking at at least doubling my income on a monthly basis.
